Carleton Co-op is a 47 unit senior community in the small, rural town of Carelton, Michigan. It is conveniently located within five miles of the 1-275 expressway, in northern Monroe County. Carleton Co-op is nationally recognized as “A Community of Quality” by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. The property was completed in 1993 and provides apartments for ages 62+. The co-op represents the enjoyment and freedom that comes with independent living.
Resident members enjoy the peace and privacy of their apartments, but also enjoy participating in the many community events the resident members sponsor.
