CSI Support & Development Board of Directors

The CSI Board of Directors has 13 members who are elected from the resident-members of our cooperatives. Six of these members are from the Michigan region; three represent California; two represent Maryland and two represent Massachusetts’ members. Board members are elected for three-year terms and together they set cooperative policies and goals. The Board’s primary role is to contribute to the definition and fulfillment of CSI’s mission. The Board hires/reviews CSI’s Chief Executive Officer; approves large capital expenditures and they are ambassadors for the cooperative.
