In our cooperative system you will be working closely with senior communities to ensure they are managed in accordance with HUD requirements and CSI procedures. The liaison is an important link between the co-op and CSI. You will provide volunteers with training, resources and support so they can manage their own apartment communities. This would include guiding volunteers through the budget process and ensuring that all agency inspections are passed. Incumbent is responsible for promoting belief in the co-op principles and to assist in creating a strong community. |
