New Housing for Senior Citizens Comes to Arlington
Baltimore, MD - June 9, 2014 - CSI Support & Development has recently acquired its newest cooperative apartment complex for low-income seniors, the second in the Arlington neighborhood in Northwest Baltimore. Wabash Estates Co-op is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified, and boasts a waitlist of over 100 applicants. Lease signings and move-ins begin today, Monday, June 9th.
Wabash Estates Co-op is a gorgeous three-story, 57 unit building that was designed by architectural firm Hord, Coplan and Macht. The co-op is located at 5500 Wabash Avenue in Baltimore and features a library, computer center, a community room, individual floor lounges, a sundry room and a beautiful back porch with a grill.
Applicants must meet income guidelines as set by HUD and one member of the household must be 62 at the time of initial application. Interested persons can call our specialist at 800-362-0548 for more eligibility requirements or to join the waitlist. Even though the co-op expects to be fully occupied immediately, those who are interested in a safe, affordable and comfortable place to call home are encouraged to apply.
